Rover 75 Rear Caliper N/S wanted
 

Hi everybody

Just wondered if anybody has a decent N/S rear brake caliper as mine seems to be sticking even after cleaning up the carrier.

Removing the piston, cleaning it and reassembling may solve the problem

I had the same problem when I bought my 75. The guide pins were bone dry and had black gunk caked on them (I assume burnt rubber....?). I checked the piston could be pushed back, then cleaned the pins up and lightly greased with brake grease. No problems since (touch wood).
