Help with the workshop printer
 

Hi all hope anyone on here is computer savvy! We bought a laser jet printer that prints black.and white for our invoices etc however we cant get the thing to talk to our computer it's a oki 390 and the laptop is running windows 10, is there anyone on here who would be able to get it to talk and work!

You sure you bought a laser and not a dot matrix printer? OKI 390 is a dot matrix and it's a completely different technology to a laser. Surprisingly there is a driver for Windows 10 on the website :eek:

Jamie no itsba laser as got the laser cartridge aswell cheers guys for tour input hopefully get the thing to talk

The OKI 390 comes up as a Dot Matrix as already said.


Could it be a 930 Laser?

I grab a picture of the model number etc in the morning
