I seem to remember that as well as two pumps on the bottle..... you need a T4 to activate them ???

I could be wrong though.

This any good? https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=105370
I did read somewhere that you can just wire them to your existing pump but, you'll be forever topping up the screenwash

I did it without BBUS, T4, etc. Fairly straightforward, the headlight wash works in conjunction with the screenwash but using two relays means that, as with the OEM set up, the headlight wash only operates when the lights are on. Doesn't use an excessive amount of screenwash. Needs two relays, wire, spade connectors (for relays), inline fuse holder . . . . think that's about it. See wiring diagram attached.

I've just bought a pair of Xenon lights and a bumper complete with spots/ indicators/ washers for a song:eek: .. A couple of questions to ask... Is the washer bottle the same but fitted with an extra pump or do I need a different bottle & I take it that if the wiring is in place then I'll find it tucked away somewhere near the existing pump feed.
My car has the wiring in place for heated seats so hoping that it (pump feed)will be on the same loom that they fitted at the factory.

Standard bottle, additional pump. Where the second pump goes is clearly marked on the bottle, there's even a clip for securing it, just have to cut out the hole for it.

If you look at the photo below, you can see the clip, the hole that needs to be opened is clearly marked in the "step" below the clip.

HI Ian.
Usually the wiring plug will be on top of the bottle as showed in this photo below, this is a set up on a Tourer, you will also need a BBUS if using the cars wiring & to set up as per factory it will need T4 session

And don't plug the BBUS in before the T4 session, it tends to get very noisy and you cant turn it off even when unplugged
