1.8 Turbo - highest mileage
 
Out of interest what is the highest mileage 1.8T in the club - mine is on 63,700:} -so what are the scores on the doors.

By the way i really impressed by the revised engine layout of your MG6 Turbo - folk talk about how the 75/ZT 1.8 engine bay is easy to work on but i think the MG6 is even better. :}

Agree Martin saic sorted out all the niggles and poor design left by rover although the k series gearbox is superior

The Flying Banana is currently on 207,300 miles. Still has original clutch and turbo fitted.

That's very impressive. Just goes to show that a lot has to do with how you treat the clutch.. :bowdown:

On 140k but currently SORN'd - waiting on me to find some time to put it back together after a mini-resto :getmecoat:

and perhaps the type of journeys completed. Motorway miles are high mileage but no engaging and disengaging of clutch unless of course stuck in traffic.
