Three people have so far confirmed breaking out of solitary to attend. Anyone else will be welcome.

We intend having a meal - but it's not mandatory. Neither is booking, they told me today.

I'll check with the pub on the day, to make sure everything's OK.

August 4th Meeting Cancelled
 

Sadly, restrictions on gatherings in the Manchester region were imposed from midnight on Thursday 30th July and The Thorn has closed temporarily in response.
It has been suggested we could meet in an open space somewhere and bring our own food. i will seek the opinions of those interested.

Shame restrictions have been reimposed , but that is life at the moment. I would prefer to wait until the Thorn is open again.

I was planning on attending but now with the reversal of controls, I await any news of an open air meeting somewhere in the area of the roads approaching the previous pubs we used to use.
