Fuel burning heater support removal
Hi there,
Does someone knows how to remove the Fuel burning heater support? Mine doesn't have it (FBH) and the support takes a good space i could have more space between the intercooler and coolant hoses... Thks Pedro |
This sort of question generates another Question
If you need the space to fit something in then OK ,but if it ain't broke don't try and fix it.---:D Otherwise a 4 inch angle grinder might be the tool needed ????--- ( You obviously can't see any nuts or bolts or you wouldn't be asking the question. ) |
It is bolted to the inner wing, just ensure your water pipes are nicely secured when you have removed the bracket as the bracket is used to support them.

I may return it if I ever put the FBH in. Hoses look untidy with it removed but they are now sheathed in a plastic cable tidy wrap and secured so as not to rub on anything. Sent from my SM-A600FN using Tapatalk |

Won't have got lost either with the passage if time ( Brackets. ) IF they are ever needed---- |
Thk u all for the info, my bleeding hose near the intercooler hose was splited and left me in the side of the road, i was very lucky not blowned the head gasket.
Now i've instaled a new one, and don't want that to happen again, so i will remove the FBH support to remove any changes of rubbing. And i will install a new solution of silicone hose for the intercooler that could need a few more space. Thks |
