Club Calendar 2020 Submissions - Deadline 15th September
Club Calendar 2020 For the twelfth year running, the club is preparing to produce a pictorial calendar for the new year. The format will be A3 glossy. Submissions are limited to one per member and it's open to subscribed and non subscribed members this year. You are each invited to submit one picture only of your car for possible inclusion in the calendar. Scanned pictures must be 300 DPI A4 or digital photographs must be high quality for print at 2480px x 1748px in landscape mode. Obviously only twelve can be chosen and the final selection will be made by the Club Team. All technically suitable entries will be posted in a temporary gallery for all to view until the closing date for submissions, allowing all to see what images are being offered. Following the closing date, the team will decide on the final selection, however any comments about individual submissions prior to that point would be greatly appreciated. We always consider group photos of 75's and ZT's for the front cover so if you have any suitable quality pics from any of the meets they will also be considered. Submissions should be in jpeg (100%). To submit your photograph:- Simply send an email with your correctly sized jpeg photograph as an attachment to the following address :smilie_re: [email protected] Please could you include your forum username within the email message or title, and also include any additional background detail such as where the picture was taken and make and model etc. which we would be able to include in the calendar. Once I have received your picture, I will upload it for reference onto this thread and retain the full size original until it is ready for use. The closing date for submissions is midnight on Sunday 15th September Small Print Copyright of submitted pictures must belong to the person submitting them, this to be transferred to the club for the purposes of creating the calendar. This is to cover the club in the event stock or studio photographs are submitted. Personal ownership, ie your own photographs, the club simply requires your permission which we will take as read by your submission. We also need to know whether you have a preference for displaying your number plate, or not. Blanking out of number plates may possibly render the picture unusable. |
I’ll be doing the usual.

It needs to be 2480 pixels x 1748 pixels but yours is 985 x 739 pixels, so when blown up to 2480 x 1748 would look digital and blocky. Can you resend at higher resolution? Also, Nobby, while the black and white image is moody and striking, can you send a colour version as we always prefer to add a splash of technicolour to each month  Keep them coming folks, lets see your cars in all their glory for all to enjoy throughout the coming year :cool2: |
