Have them fitted, would recommend them for when towing

I had them fitted on all my cars before a had the big 4x4 with adjustable dampers/ride height with no problems and have been toying about putting them to my 75 when a get round to putting tow bar on. Though it was rumoured that they can cause premature spring failure

Are these the rubber "doughnuts" or replacement / extra springs?

Mine are doughnuts.

NigelOBB 11th March 2013 08:56

Ive used both donuts and upgraded or commercial vehicle equivalent springs in the past and police spec on a Range Rover and Senator I once had both worked well though the donuts were a 5min as side job to fit..

they are rubber doughnuts thnigs ,hope they dont cause early spring failure, had them on my ford focus and no problems there, might just fit new rear springs just to make sure when i tow the van this summer:getmecoat:
