http://www.mg-uk.co.uk Sorry I did mean to post the source in the original post |
I bought a ZTT from Perkins of Rayne.....been looking at cars at Kerridges....and Holden are obviously close to me..if not quite the small family dealer I'd hope for.
I'd like to see WH Brand near Petreborough back into the fold too. Looks like the smaller customer focused dealers are getting the business rather than the customer unfriendly chains |
In yesterday's Telegraph motoring Secion SMC's ad proclaims how pleased they are to have been appointed a dealer of the NAC MGs. Presumably that'll be from Wycombe as they haven't replaced the franchise there.
However a little birdie told me that the site has been sold for redevelopment..... |

SMC may have an MG presence at each site..time will tell |
It's just good news that the MG7 will hopefully appear to follow the new TF to a set up of dealers/service centres.
Perhaps there will be a future car worthy of members when their's has finally died. |
Thanks for the link and the info. :)

Norwich firm gets MG dealership
20 July 2007 The MG brand is on its way back to Norfolk with the appointment of a dealership following the revival of the famous car marque. Holden Group, in Norwich, was the authorised MG Rover dealer until the car maker went bust two years ago. But the MG brand now has Chinese owners, and 13 UK dealerships - including Holden - have been named. Holden will have a dedicated sales and workshop area at its site in Whiffler Road, alongside its Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge franchises. General manager David Marjoram said: “We are delighted and privileged to have been chosen as one of the first MG franchise appointments, and look forward to being associated with the MG brand and heritage once again. “I understand that the contracts should be signed next month and we shall be expecting our first new MG TF Roadsters soon after.” http://business.edp24.co.uk/content/...A07%3A55%3A773 |
