New excise duty
 

I have been looking up the new tax duties coming in next month.
Am I correct that my car will be £190 ?

Yes just got my renewel £190.:}

Being as the Govt share of tax is dropping with peoples jobs disappearing due to
automation etc, they have to try and find ways to pry the money from the remaining taxpayers !!

Might be £190 now, it will be £250 come the next budget.cynical me never???:eek:

Just paid £190.00 for mine. Certainly hope it’s not going up that much. Us poor old pensioners will not be able to afford a car soon.:D:duh::shrug:

I already pay £320 per year on my Focus lol!:eek:

My reminder dropped through the door Friday for my FL2 £280 = £5.38p per week, not bad if you consider a packet of fags if you smoke are £8 plus a loaf of bread £1.50 which most house holds will use minimum of 2.

If you are paying £190 = £3.65 just a shame the road tax does not go where it should on the roads but that's on another thread :eek:

don't tell me that, I'm going to look at a tourer tomorrow
