MOT failure Rover 75 2.0 CDTi Auto Contemporary in Cimmaron Green

Good bits include
Full set of Avon ZV7 Tyres 215/55/16 fitted Dec 2020 at 88,700
Low mileage engine (94,675) and gearbox okay
Webasto Fuel Burning Heater with remote and timer
Two keys
Rain sensing wipers
Auto dipping mirror
Cruise control

Bad bits include
Just failed MOT see history at https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history registration BX04 XHB This still shows an MOT expiry date of 14/10/21 however, as a refusal notice has been issued I understand that this effectively negates that and so the vehicle, although driveable, would need to be transported.
Roof lining loose and sagging
Rear seat previously repaired
Driver’s seat bolster worn and torn
Rear window trim off (to seal leaking clips) I do have it but it is slightly buckled and the rubber trim is off in places
Segments missing on trip counter display
Front O/S wing dented and bumper scuffed

Generally very sorry for herself in the beauty department
With another two cars I can no longer justify keeping her but ideally I don’t want to scrap her either!
To comply with club rules I have set an asking price of £600 but if anyone is interested in making an offer in excess of scrap value then it will be considered.
I’m going to be away for a couple of days but will make a decision on her future on Friday.
Location is Trimsaran SA17
