Help to install Igo8 Program and Maps on Navall 3
Iīm a happy owner of a Navall 3, but since the installation of the unit in my Rover 75 Tourer, I canīt use the GPS included (Igo8).
First the Micro SD Card is corrupted and I canīt install it. I talk with Sean and he send me a link where I can pick up the Program and the Maps. I purchased a new Micro SD Card and when I install it in Navall 3 only appears what I assume is the UK Maps because the GPS donīt find where I am (Portugal). For the second time I uninstall the Program and Sean again gave me another links to make the downloads. Now, after install it and when I tried to open it I have this message: The Folder itīs incomplete or donīt exist: /data/data/com.navngo.igo.javaclient/content/lang :shrug::shrug: Maybe the links send by Sean are not completed or I missing something! Anybody can help me, please? Thanks in advance José Mendes |
What is the link for the maps download?

Good afternoon
Thanks Ken for your fast reply. I havenīt been able to reply to you sooner because I was under a surgery. Only now Iīm able to take care of this matter. Meanwhile I already asked again Sean about this problem and Iīm waiting for his answer. Kind regards José Mendes |
Can you view the contents of the micro SD card on a PC?
If so, grab a screen shot and post it here. Last weekend I had a similar problem, where when I hit the Nav button, or opened the Navi app, the Navall said that it couldn't find the software. I managed to sort it by re-installing the .apk file. However, I am now experimenting with getting Tomtom working on the Navall 3, as I have been using Tomtom for years and prefer it to IGo. |
