Jacking point repair.

Are 'fill ins' available to be welded in for this? Or should I get the cutting disc out and remove a section from the write off?
Cheers.

Here you go:-
sill repairs

Be careful welding galvanised sections. You can poison yourself with the fumes!!! Tom's work is well known to the forum (his are painted not galvanised).

Depends what you mean by "fill ins" - if it's the repair section to the outer skin then as per Roverbarmy's link. If you need the actual jacking structure have a word with Tom as he told me he had plans to make new structures.

Ah, no, it's not an oversill, it's the whole structure. A local body shop will view it today. Maybe cutting a section from the write off may be the way to go. Thanks for replies.
