Does anyone actually buy from rimmers rip off
I was just in the process of purchasing 2 front lower pinch bolts and nuts from Rimmer Bros, very reasonably priced at £2.95 I was just about to confirm order when I realised they wanted a further £12.95 for postage. Needless to say I quickly aborted.

I buy from there if no one else has what I want - like a full set of Serpent centres for £34 and so on. Basically, I shop around for the best deal or simply who has what I want in stock. Sometimes you do have to pay, sadly.

I have on occasions when our members cannot supply, but ive only ever paid max £5.99 and thats for 24 hour delivery ?:duh::duh:

£12.95 does seem a lot for pinch bolts being delivered. I had one or two small bits when I got the wheel caps, and even with postage it was only about £55 for the lot.

Always found Rimmers to be pretty good to be honest. |
The weight information that Rimmer's use can be wrong (they get it from xpart). If something is obviously the wrong weight, and obviously the wrong postage, the give them a shout

Thank you for weight info X10Rich, I will contact Rimmers in the morning.

The p&p that they charge is most definitely a rip off. Why advertise something for what seems a reasonable price and then when you go to pay it costs you an arm and a leg
