KV6 cambelt change

In April 2011 I had my 2.5L KV6 belts first changed after 8 years at just 40K miles.
The car has now done a total of only 75K miles but since another 10 years have elapsed I'd like to get them done again.
My usual local garage no longer has access to the fitting kit as the Rover specialist guy who did it last time has since passed away.
I've found a supplier in Sandy (Beds) on eBay who does the complete set of belts, tensioner, pulley, water pump & ancillary belt etc for £200.
I don't want to buy a fitting kit and try doing it myself so can anybody advise me of someone in East Anglia who has the kit and could do the job. I know it will be several hours labour.
Bob.

Hello Bob,

I would highly recommend Lates600 near Rugby, it may be a little further than you might want but it’s well worth the trip!

I can also endorse Lates (http://www.lates600.com/). Lates and Pete know these cars inside out. They will do job in around 2 hours while you watch, and it won't cost the earth. Well worth the journey time.

Have a word with Trikey. If he has the time he isn't a million miles away from you.

Despite their name, the guy who runs Freelander Specialist (www.freelanderspecialist.com) at Methwold, near Brandon in Suffolk knows as much about the KV6 as pretty much anyone on here (some early Freelanders used the KV6) and he calls it his "favourite engine". He did a complete rebuild on mine last year and its runs beautifully. Worth a call, but the other recommendations above will be equally good.

Update

Many thanks for recommendations. I'm going with Lattes. It may take a few weeks before they can fit me in but they are only quoting 2 to 3 hours.
At their suggestion I'll be buying the parts from DMGRS at very competitive prices for the kit. They also do a hire of the timing kit at £50 for two weeks if you feel so inclined.
I'll let you know how it goes.

You will Be intrigued to watch them working. Mine has been done twice by them. I have had other things done as well. Will probably find other things that want doing but not forcing you to have them done.

Update

All belts, tensioner, idler & water pump changed yesterday morning by Lates600.
Belts had only done 35K miles in 10 years. Cambelts little bit stiff but no sign of cracking. Idler & tensioner had very slight play. Aux belt no sign of cracking.
Water pump never changed from new, had done 75K miles in 19 years but OK.
Bear in mind this is an automatic so very rarely gets anywhere near 3K revs.
I was very reluctant to let anybody less experienced near this job. All done in less than 3 hours total time I was there so well worth the trip.

Many thanks to the boys at Lates600 and DMGRS for excellent service with the parts.

Mine is an auto box as well but every time I'm kicking down while overtaking, the engine may be roaring up to 6.5k revs! Evidence is given by my Torque Pro monitoring.

Thrilling and addictive I should say... :D

Thank you for your order - as you can imagine the kit is very popular! :D
We've sold thousands of these, so your car is in good hands.

Leighton at Lates is also a great chap, and you chose very wisely indeed. :)
