Exhaust manifold gasket

Hello lovely peoples. I ordered a new exhaust manifold gasket from DMGRS and it's arrived. The exhaust is blowing from there so I hope it's that. It's here and it's ready for fitting!
Now then.
Is there some knack for doing this? I presume it's undo the allen bolts, take the exhaust off the block, take out old gasket, insert new gasket, replace exhaust and then put the bolts in.
Is that right? Do I need any gasket juice, like some sealer or something? Do I need to torque the bolts up to a specific value?

Any help is appreciated so I don't end up with the exhaust half off and stuck that way unable to take it to a mechanic!

Remove the support bracket from the sump, this will allow enough movement to get the gasket out and the new one in.

Be gentle when tightening the studs, the heads can lose the threads easily.

Thanks mate. I'm not mechanically gifted so all the help is really appreciated.
