Rover 75 Connoisseur 2.0 V6 Petrol Automatic

Hi folks would any like to buy my car?

Due to health reasons I am having to say goodbye to my lovely car. I have big problems with my right knee and the car is too low for me to get in and out comfortably so I need a higher ride height car.

I bought the car in 2017 and it has never let me down. I've serviced it on a regular basis (see below) and it's just had a oil, filter and spark plug change for it's MOT last month so 12 months MOT.

2017 81,214 Oil, filter, pollen filter, spark plugs
2017 82,000 Replaced rear engine lower mount and both drop links changed, 2017 83,475 Oil, filter change and Slick 50 added
2017 84,187 Rear Springs, Rear Anti-roll bar + drop links, Rear Upper suspension arms, Front springs

2018 84,642 Replaced auxiliary belt, replaced 3 timing belts (timing belt + 2 secondary belts), Water pump, Thermostat, Front Brake Pipes, Front Caliper seals, Front brake pads, Oil & filter change.
2018 87,232 Replaced rear discs and pads and hand brake shoes.
2019 88,641 Replaced front discs and pads.

2020 89,962 Rear exhaust
2020 89,987 Replaced VIS motors

2021 93,271 Annual Service. Replaced air filter, spark plugs, oil & filter.

MOT 18 August 2021 93,494 MOT expires 1 September 2022

She is used everyday to pop to the shops and our Sunday day's out but I have to admit that she's not in showroom condition (especially as the wife scrapped the front passenger door). I haven't polished her up but she is clean and fairly tidy.

She's has been fitted with a tow bar to let me take our garden rubbish to the tip (we're only allowed 1 wheelie bin for garden rubbish and I have a 50 meter laurel hedge and the cuttings are no good for a compost bin), she's also been fitted with electrics to the rear view mirror location for front camera and Sat Nav, there's a head up speed display fitted and as well as electrics for the tow bar there's also volt meter, usb and cig lighter socket which makes using a car pump a lot easier.

Would anyone be interested in buying my car? I am looking at making her SORN from this weekend 11/12 September 2021.

I can send photo's if you give me your email address.

The car is at HU16 4QG a few miles from Hull/Humber Bridge

Addendum

Forgot to add these details

V6 is smooth and responsive .... especially in Sports Mode
5 x very good wheels/tyres ... the spare is a full sized alloy not metal
Cruise Control
Air Conditioning - cold !!
Leather electric seats.
Arm Rest Box fitted with USB sockets for charging your mobile.
Lots of receipts and I've a box full of bits for her.
Haynes Manual and spare keys.

Any inspection welcome .... not asking much for her.

I would love for this car to go to a Rover 75 member

Opps ... forgot the price ... many thanks to all who pointed this out to me.

Offers around £600 but there's room for movement (hint hint) :drool4:

I've also replaced the Rover Tape/radio with a 2 Din sized CD, Radion, USB stereo. New car battery last month.

Sorry to see her go but a higher ride car arrives tomorrow (and no it's not a hearse before anyone suggests this !)

Neill
