End of year fuel profits
Apparently the cost of fuel has increased and so retailers have had to increase their prices.
I wonder if at the end of the financial year, those selling fuel be it petrol, gas or electric will see their profits go up or down. On the news yesterday it was said the price of I think crude oil had dropped but prices at the pumps had not macafee2 |

I doubt the price of petrol, diesel, gas will ever come down in price again sadly due to the de-carbonisation of those industries, The UK's ETS (Emissions Trading System) is intertwined with the EU's Fit for 55 meaning a 55% drop in emissions before 2030 (The UK's is actually 64% :eek:) I'm not quite sure when the carbon pricing taxes start but they're talking about funding Free public transport with those taxes. https://airqualitynews.com/2021/11/3...y-researchers/
