can someone please help i need the software for a FLOUREON 4CH WIFI NVR CCTV UNIT model sn nvr 1007w10 hd uk the software that is installed does not except the password and i need the software to reinstall i have lost my original software cd

Try this:"PTZ" button on the left for 5 seconds. After that unit should reset itself to factory settings, with username "admin" and password "4321"
