Passenger seat belt adjuster?
 

I often have a passenger of shortish stature.. (shortass ain't she) and the seatbelt runs across her neck.. :o .. Is there any way to manually lower it for her??

I know they move in conjunction with the seat, but its always far too high.. :shrug:

If shes so short, she cant see out, give her a cushion to sit on . Belt may fit better then . :}

Have you tried undoing the belt adjuster wire attached to the underside of the seat. Not sure if this will lower or raise the belt, but if it raises it, you could extend the wire with a cable tie or similar, to lower it:shrug:

Why not just let the person just sit in the middle seat at the rear job done bit like driving miss daisy :D :D
