Lucas YWB equipment

Hi All
Mate of mine has three Lucas testers in his shed and he's not sure what cars they will fit, I'm sure someone will know on here.
They are
Lucas YWB 309 Diesel car Compression tester
Lucas YWB 304 Petrol car Injection pressure kit
Lucas YWB 312 Fuel supply tester

Are these any good for Rover75/ZT cars or for earlier models?
