lower grill

Hi, can the black grill below the front number plate, that encompasses the fog lights, be clipped off for cleaning (cant see any screws).

Would be a lot easier to drop the front bumper to release the middle grill !

I replaced mine recently as it was cracked, it does just unclip but you do need access to the back of the bumper. However the wire mesh part is fused into the front bumper moulding.

IIRC you have to remove the fog lamp surrounds first as they hold both ends of the grille.
As mentioned above, the mesh is welded into the plastic grille but I removed mine as it was damaged and replaced with some stainless steel mesh, held in place with self tappers and washers.
