It is John's Birthday around then and he is doing something at Silverstone. Sent Keith a PM but have not heard from him. Think he is a bit busy with work. |

Be leaving home at 06.00 for the 185 mile drive.
|
Home at 16.00. One stop for a wee. Round trip of 367 miles and Banana never missed a beat. Managed to maintain Warp Factor 3 on most of the journey.
Heavy rain right up till we joined the M3 on the way up then some sun, and heavy rain from the pub as far as Sparkford then sunshine all the way home. Thanks to Peter for the poles, foot and flag. Very nice to meet up with Brian once again. I’ve ordered Jenny’s cushion. And many thanks to everyone for the kind comments re the photo’s of my Val. I’ll post some photo’s up once I’ve had a pot or two of tea. |

Another great meet as always. A little on the damp side, but a great turnout considering the miserable weather.
Good to see Bob again, plus a surprise special guest appearance from Brian (Actros). I'm sure he must have been itching to rearrange our parking order, but on this occasion he was off duty, with the hi-viz nowhere to be seen :D:getmecoat:. Great talking to you Brian :} . Thanks as always to Peter for booking tables etc. Only a few photos this time, as it was chucking it down at the time :o. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...e333d2d8_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...090b0808_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...90c76b33_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...0aac0ec3_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...48b56eff_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...5cb42e3e_b.jpg Cliff |

Another Successful meet
Good company, conversation and food. What's not to like. Shame about the weather.
Well done Bob for trekking all that way and back again. Great Photo's from you and Teflon. Keith. your rest and recuperation were infinitely more important as you must have been "Cream Crackered after that 17 hour day. Hope to see you and PerciUrwin on 17th Nov at the Ugly!!! |
Sorry I was unable to make this one, as I was giving the windscreen wipers a thorough testing that day travelling up to Durham.
