xenon headlights

hi to all
how do the xenon headlights adjust are they self adjusting or do they have to be manually adjusted

there are sensors on the right side suspension arms (not sure if it is left on a LHD car though).

If they're retro-fit then it's by the thumb wheel on the lsm:cool:
