Hi Guys,
I have joined the Forum to help an old friend. Last week he brought his car to me for a clean which to my surprise it was an absolutely immaculate 2006 Rover 75 CDTI Connoisseur SE Auto in grey metallic with only 18,000 miles on the clock. The car has Mot until the end of August. I couldn’t believe the paintwork not a scratch or dent. He told me underneath had been wax oiled. When I asked him about the mileage he said his late wife didn’t like driving a big car and wasn’t used to automatic. He rang me yesterday saying he was going to sell it and didn’t know what it was worth so I started looking around and come across your club. I would be very grateful if someone could give me a valuation for his Rover 75.

I’m looking at the diesel tourer offered by ‘Chuckles’ in Dorset. I couldn’t reply to his post on the ‘members cars for sale’ as I was blocked. I sent a pm and got a reply requesting my e mail. I drafted a reply but apparently his pm box is now full so I’m stuck at present. Looking for advice/help.

Hi,

I'm new to the club, and need someone to checkout a 75 for sale in Sheffield by a trader. It looks great in the pictures, but given the car's MOT history the underneath needs inspecting for corrosion. There is also a possibility of some slight damage to the rear bumper.
