MG to stop taking orders for petrol car sales
Looks like MG motor UK is going from strength to strength!
"MG Motor UK has told its franchised car retailers to stop taking orders for new petrol vehicles after “unprecedented demand” saw it fill its 2022 sales quota by the end of February. https://www.am-online.com/news/manuf...onsumer-demand |
They do seem to be doing well. There a lot of the new MGs down here in Essex. Spotted 6 on a short journey the other day.
I quite like the look of the HS, especially the model with the red interior. There's a 2.0T model out in Australia, if that was made available in the UK then I'd might consider one. Just hope quality wise these will stand the test of time, as there's already been some concerns over rust on the underside within a couple years of use. |
We have had our HS PHEV for nearly a year now and it has been perfect the plan was to change it every 6 months we ordered a new one in in august still no confirmed delivery date which is a shame if they cannot supply the cars

PHEV's will be okay, just the chip shortage.

My HS has the red interior. The quality is really good. Plus being the PHEV it has the horses for a good pace. :)

MG motors seem to be going from strength to strength & the UK business & European business have now combined.
Interesting to read that MG’s UK growth put the brand at 12th largest in Britain to the end of October, ahead of established brands such as Mini, Citroen, Dacia, Fiat, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Renault, Seat, Skoda, Tesla and Volvo. https://todaynewspost.com/auto-news/...ion-continues/ |
