understanding wheel off set data
I was going to post in the tech section and ask for wheel off set data to be explained to me but then found this so I thought I'd post the link

It's the distance between the centre of the rim and the face that touches the hub face.

The video does explain also some of the other data. My wheel may not have an off set as there does not seem to be anything written 5 1/2 J X 14 H 2 is all I have macafee2 |
Every wheel has an offset, whether it's a posetive figure (like the majority of cars), 0 or a negative figure.
It'll have one, even if it's not explicitly stated. |
Offset figures are not always with the other numbers. Bigger negative offset means the wheel sticks out more.
