Does anyone know the serial number of the last 75 ever built?
I know it will be 5D something .

I thought it was at Gaydon but wasn't sure if SAIC took it to China.
Reason I am asking is i has just bought a 75 Connie. it is on an 06 plate but the VIN puts it's build date a month after MGR officially closed !
So it must be one of the last few.
That's why I was curious about the VIN serial number on the last one

Its all a bit murky.......there was the last car off the line before the line was stopped. There was then a large number of partially built cars that once the factory closed were finished off by hand, in no particular order with what ever parts were available.

Some shells that were painted were never finished
