retro fit xenon headlights

hi to all
my 75 has halogen headlights with a lsm manual headlight beam height adjuster so if I fit the xenon headlights how do I get the beam height adjuster to work

They adjust exactly the same as the halogens, up or down on the thumb wheel. They are set by cogs on the casing, same as halogens. Just plug and play 😎
