Source for small mains transformers

Heating and HW boiler failed almost two weeks ago, due to a failed PCB mount mains transformer. I had to buy a new PCB, but I should like to try to source a replacement transformer for the faulty PCB because its a regular point of failure and to get the original PCB sorted out as a spare.

The problem would seem to be that the transformer is Chinese sourced and the fault due to shorted turns in the primary causing it to overheat.

It has three independent secondary windings, 10v 2.0VA, 10v 1.50VA, 10v 1.50VA, rated 55C, has a thermal fuse and it is potted.

Actual model ID is BV 042-0641.0

The official price for the complete PCB is £280.

If anyone might know of a source for such an item, I would be grateful.
