Help finding a song
 

I have tried both the internet and YouTube without success.

Came out I think late 70's or early 80's. May have been about Arnold Schwarzenegger but gym and bodybuilders otherwise.
I thought it was called pumping iron but the results I have come up with are wrong. Female singer either solo or fronting a band.

I thought some of the lyrics were
