sprintex supercharger complete kit kv6 very rare

Believed to be only 4 kits left in the country. This one being the newest condition by far

I have bought another car and am selling this sprintex supercharger kit. I have had lots of experience with these kits and was one of the first to have a reliable setup on my mg zs. I did some of the development on three of the kits that were in england so know the full history of this one. It will fit all kv6 engines. I have never tried one on a 2.0 litre so I would stick with the 2.5 v6s. This kit has been previously fitted to a zs and only covered 500 miles before it was removed. It is in perfect working order. Kit comprises

Smt 7 software and cable
supercharger
modified bearings in snout
custom lubrication system
spare rotrex coupling
Perfect power smt 7 piggy back ecu
bosch porsche 944 7th injector
plx wideband multiguage
modified rocker cover for lubrication system
Brackets
fitting guide 45 pages long with illustrations , made by sprintex
spare kv6 woring loom
Custom decompression plates 2mm , drops to 9:1
Headgasket set with genuine head gaskets
brand new genuine alternator with modified pulley

The charger will give 5 psi of boost
this kit will increase power on zs180 to around 235-240bhp. If fitted to a 190 engine you will get around 220-225bhp. The difference being the camshafts. If you changed the cams on the 190 to zs 180 cams or zt 160 (the same) cams you would get the 235-240 bhp and 240lb torque

I have included my custom spec stainless steel decompression plates. They are 2mm thick and will drop the compression ratio to 9:1 . This will make the engine safer and also potential for more power. On my old zs I did the same and fitted a smaller pulley to the charger. It was over 280 bhp. The decompression plates are not essential to be fitted but would make for a better setup.

This kit is infact for a zs but the only difference being the drive belt tensioner arm. I could be easily adapted or replaced to secure the belt tensioner.

The top of the range plx multiguage that is included has lots of functions. It is ideal to use for tuning the system. It also has additional readings such as boost voltage etc.

The smt7 piggy back was the upgraded unit . It is mappable and can adapt fuelling and ignition timing. I found it very easy to work with. The tuning software and cable are also included. The ecu already has my own map in it so it should run perfectly whem fitted , although a fine tune after fitment would be recommended

I can advise fully on how to fit and tune this kit which will of greathelp to the buyer. I had to work it all out myself. But all the necessary modifications such as bearing s and lubrication system have been upgraded already. So a direct bolt on fit should be achieved.

Any questions please ask. I could waffle on all day tho.

If I had the V6 I'd be on this.

The only reason I went down the turbo route is because these parts are so hard to get hold of and I wanted POWAAAAAAAR!

GLWS!

I understand the Kenne Bell I have in my ZT does not sit well with an auto box. Is this the same for the Sprintex?
