Testing VIS Motors on TOAF

Hi guys anyone know how I do this exactly - I'm not showing any error codes for them but I thought there would be a specific test on TOAF to make them operate. Are they tested just by scanning the car?

There is indeed a specific test.

You can test the power and balance ones on their own.

Get the bonnet open and listen for the motor whirring when you press test.

I am sure someone will be along to explain exactly which screen it is in...

Go into the engine module - control - select Balance / Power VIS - press start, then as above with the bonnet open you should hear four sweeps of each motor, no sweeps or just clicks contact Stocktake.

While you're in the engine module - control - test your cooling fan, but move the slider to halfway and then press start and test each of the speeds in turn.

Good luck
