mg rover epc

hello to all
I have the mg rover epc programme and it does not recognize my registration how can I solve this it does recognize reg 51 52 53 54 but not o3 04 05 regs can anyone help

What version are you using? - The final CD release was dated December 2016 after that it went to the online version.

My Dec 2016 version doesn't exhibit the problem you are describing.
