Black Oak 5 Hole button trim panel

Does anyone have a black oak 5 hole button panel that fits above the cigarette and cup holders. I've got a 3 hole and a blank black oak panel but I need one for 5 buttons. I know I could cut holes in my other 2 but i feel I would just make a mess of it.
