Are you asking where to get them made on line and posted? Alexandria, Egypt?
If UK, Halfords, most motor factors could probably make one up but you will need a to produce the log book

It's got to be a Smiley plate. The oblong ones just don't look right at all. Smileys are a feature of the 75, special.
