Removing the headlining

Well, not so much the removal, but is it ok to drive without it? I need to take it out to bring it to the car interiors guy for recovering.

(Actually hints around removal are appreciated, I assume it's simply held in by all the things screwed through it? Cheers)

Shouldn’t be any issue driving around without it, you will just experience more road noise.
Removing mine is something I hope to get done soon for a retrim too. So far as I can see all trim screwed through it, a, b & c pillar trims off and drop door seals at the top. Front seats reclined as far back as possible with headrests removed and out through the front passenger door with some jiggery pokery. Some have removed that door to make it easier too.
