Why oh why

Does it stay off for months on end, then when you think "I should do the unplug, plug back in just in case" the MOT tester has the knack of getting it to spring back into life. :duh:

Oh the red wonderfulness of it. :D Luckily doing the hokey kokey and it stayed out and a quick retest and pass.

Not like it did exactly the same last year! :getmecoat:

I was amazed at the opacity test. Last year it was 0.51. This year after some injector cleaner and a good run and it was 0.08!

My airbag light has started coming on again after a period off. Have done the connections under the seats - is it only T4 can isolate which one it is??

I believe TOAF can identify it, and I had a snap on diagnostic that could, I think from memory ps scan tool will also work, but I don’t use them as I’ve got a T4
Hope that helps

Have you done the MGR Technical Bulletin SRS wire route mod. - it's just a bit of time (I took the front seats out to do it properly) and a couple of cable ties but it does the job which is to eliminate the slight stress put on the plug wiring under the seats when the seat fore/aft adjustment is used.
Belt and braces - another small cable tie across the male/female yellow plug will keep them pulled tight together.
