Thanks to Matt for quick delivery of the thermostat.
But I was very surprised to find it wrapped in newspaper and in a box obviously not its original. Do these things not come in there original boxes?:eek:

It’s probably a Chinese one. Not sure if he sells genuine ones or not...

It is a Motorad, apparently reputable firm.

Panic not, we bought 20 from a Moto-Rad distributor in boxes that were well and truly past it.
We’d also rather use newspaper than plastic packing where possible :)

Most of our thermostats aren’t Chinese these days :)

Don't be dissing the plastic! Its people that cause the issue not the plastic.
