Rear tourer vents

The vents that supply air to the rear passengers in my tourer is always cold is this normal (no matter what I set the car to up front)

Yes they are designed to allow fresh air in, you can shut them off if you wish

HI Russel.
The kids will get there warm air from the vents under each front seat, they point to the rear of the car and circulate the warm air rearwards and upwards, as long as the heating is set to feet and low level ;)

You can see the vents here
