Madeira

Currently enjoying 26 degrees and
Surprisingly 2 ZRs and a 25 spotted on first day. The ZR near our hotel is mint.
Not a spot of rust. My dad took us on a route march along front. Very humid here but very pleasant. Good excuse for ice cream!
This holiday a nice present from my mum and dad

Sounds great you lucky person. You aint missing a thing Chris. The usual strong northerly gale, overcast greydom and a balmy 11degC. Tonight expecting a frost.

I loved visiting Madiera. Funchal, and lunch on The Vagrant, once owned by the Beatles.
Loved the floral displays etc, but, just couldn't drum up enough courage to ride in the basket.:eek::eek:

Cheers and.....news...

On open top bus tour yesterday and..... a rather tidy dark blue 75 passed us on route. Waved but he obviously thought 'who is that nutter on the bus!'
Quite how 75s survive out here with our dodgy handbrake is a mystery unless of course the non rusting of the back plates helps! Sure as heck wouldn't trust mine on the mountain style slope that ZR was on!!
As for the sleigh ride.....err....not for me either 😀
Another stunning day. I think my mother and father should take us back in January with them. 4 weeks....👍

Today's haul...

In no order
1 Rover 414
2 MGZRs including a yellow one. Looked more like sunspot?
1 620Si
1 Rover 25
1 MG BGT

And....
A Sunbeam Alpine with roof down .. looked mint
And an Austin 10 circa 46 as identical to my old one!

Chris
