Haynes International Motor Museum - Videos

On the way down to the 27th National during Saturday afternoon I visited Haynes and shot quite a bit of footage, rather than one long video of the museum I've put together several shorts.

Hope you enjoy.

A interesting set of videos, and a very nice way to present them. As I've already said, it feels like a nice peaceful tour of the museum.

Top stuff,

Cliff

Thanks again for commenting Cliff.

Peaceful you say, good job I replaced the audio from the Bentley's, don't think you'd have enjoyed the screaming child, its mother was totally oblivious!

Another video of the museum this time a slideshow in 4K as a trial upload.

I've been adjusting the software settings to see how much I can reduce the file size and still keep the quality, original render was 4.5GB the uploaded file is 1.28GB.

I'd appreciate comments on the quality, thanks.

Just watched it on a 55 inch 4K TV and the quality seemed fine Jim :}.

Watched it first on my PC (with a 1080 screen) and the picture quality was also fine, but the sound seemed quite quiet. Not an issue on the tv though, so probably something to do with the downscaling process perhaps .

Either way, another top notch effort .

Thanks Cliff really appreciate your comments, indeed they are very helpful as I can't watch You Tube on the TV and if I could I'd not see the difference as ours is only 720, not felt the need to upgrade as neither of us watch it much! The laptop I use for editing has a 1080 15.6" screen and I really couldn't tell if the picture quality had improved.

The low volume was probably nothing to do with the file size, my laptop has Dolby Audio with above average speakers and when editing I set the volume to 50% then will adjust the audio as needed, in this case as the stock music had quite high peaks I reduced its volume by -12 db, when watching back the finished video the music sounds fine to me but then again I don't like the background music to be too loud.

Thanks again
Jim
