Tourer washer jet

Hi guys
Have found pipe to rear washer jet has a split
Can anyone advise how to remove the bits circled, seem very tight and don’t want to just rip them off
It’s leaking into tailgate trim, runs down inside that eventually running into boot / spare wheel well

I don't have a tourer so I'm making a suggestion to get your thread going.
The black concertina-like pipes look like a protective rubber conduit for the actual screenwash pipes running inside. If so, then each end and the central grommet will detach from the panel by lifting the edges. Use a blunt blade or thin screwdriver to lever them out. Inside, you'll hopefully see the actual pipes and where they're leaking. Fixing that will depend on what you find.

I find it easier to drop the headlining down at the rear and access the pipe that way, it usually breaks at the entry point to the main body shell.

Once you remove the conduit, you can thread the pipe through until you can access the damaged area, a pipe joiner and some new hose is the easiest fix.

Cheers guys
Managed to get it apart, pipe had split between glass and tailgate, fixed by chopping off and rejoining with elbow
