Mirror gears
 

First of all many thanks to Trebor for the How to on replacing mirror gears, but I need to replace the gear on the motor spindle, does anybody know a way to take off the old gear many thanks ;)

The company in Turkey who made the gears put the spindle in a vice and tapped the old one off and the new one on, delicate operation which I have never had to do myself as that gear does not normally need replacing
