1 pm was the suggested time, but it's all quite flexible with the pub management at the moment, so if moving it back a bit would suit you, that's fine.
Everything crystallizes with payment of deposit, Tuesday 6th December.

Robert, as I will be on holiday on the 6th, please PM me your PayPal e-mail and I will send you the payment for our meals.
