I personally use Gulf formula G 5 - 40 fully synthetic.

Buy it complete with oil filter from Opie oils.

I have always used Petronas Syntium 3000 5W40. Just bought 5L today from Amazon £25.10 inclusive of delivery charge.

I use either Chevron 10/40 or VTC 10/40 SS

It's certainly good enough to be used in the diesel, or indeed the petrol models (except V8), meeting all the requirements of the manufacturer, and cheap enough to change at more regular intervals than the book specifies ;)

I'd much rather change the oil more frequently, and given that you can have enough for three oil changes for less than £40 cannot be bad :cool:

I use MIllers XF or Shell Ultra - both 5W40 synthetic.

Semi synthetic is fine. For the last few years I have used Triple QX from Eurocarparts - bought when they have a better than average sale. :}

Comma do a good handy app for your phone or tablet that will tell you all the fluids for any car with specifics grades aswell, very handy app, hope this helps:}
