Rover75 brake bleeding.

Hi I'm thinking about getting my brakes bled at a F1 auto center as I don't realy want to do the job myself. The brakes seem solid at first but go spongey once I start engine. Iv'e been reading the posts and talk about using T4 etc. It seems there is a very right way to bleed the brakes.
What instructions should I give to mechanicis to make sure they do the job correctly. I had the job done a couple of years ago but don't think they done it right. Iv'e replaced the brake pads a few weeks ago. i only do local miles.
Any info appreciated.
Cheers Derek.

Hi Derek
I can't imagine either branch of F1 in Stevenage have T4 which I understand is needed to bleed the ABS unit fully.
You've probably picked that T4 info up from other threads on here too?
I posted on here about my successful fluid change using the "gravity method" but perhaps F1 would use a much quicker "vacuum" pump approach which may help you?
Will PM you.
Good luck
John
