Rover 75 Diesels

Hi folks

I have recently aquired a 1999 diesel manual that was a private import into Australia.

We didn't get diesel here, I think until 2004 at least. It needs a new clutch etc as it is slipping. I just want to know if there was any difference between the early diesel and the later ones.

also, was the clutch plate and the pressure plate etc common to any other model/manufacturer?

Thanks for your help

Be excellent to each other

Damien

best people to ask will be Mat and Scott at DMGRS who will also be able to supply you with a quality clutch kit. https://www.dmgrs.co.uk/products/bor...=8152197267557

Only difference in the diesels was the boost sensor at the top of the engine at the egr bypass from the 2003 cars onwards.

Otherwise there was zero change in the manuals bar the ecu tune. Autos had a different cooler in 2001 onwards but that's it.
