I doubt that any member will want this but I feel obligated to offer it before it goes on Gumtree.
It's just a tad too big for the intended driver so it has to go.
First registered 15/12/2000 V6 2.5 Auto Previous owner in the past 18 months has had.
New exhaust from cat back.
Front and rear brake pipes
Front spring and caliper
New Rad fan
Wishbones and drop links look very recent

I have had the car since just before christmas
Rebuilt starter motor
New timing belts, tensioner, water pump. New Aux belt and idler
Oil and filter change.
Few other odd jobs done inc repair rear door lock.
Couple of missing bits of walnut trim due to arrive any day.
I've been right over the car with detailing clay and given her a wax.
Drives very well, engine quiet and gearbox perfect.
Underneath remarkably clean, no rust to speak of. She will never be concourse and the front of the bonnet is scruffy but simply doesn't notice.
I can post more details if required but look where I am. Clean tidy runabout. 107,000
Passed MOT this morning with no advisories. She'll need new tyres on the back soon and I've wrapped a small hole in the exhaust front pipe.
I can go into more detail about bodywork and mechanical if required but she goes up locally in two days. Vehicle is currently SORN and registered disabled.

Hi.
Fancy a swap for both of my cars. ZT will have new mot this month and the 75 is mot'd till mid August.
I know I'm chancing my arm but I've been looking for a decent auto for some time, plus I could deliver both cars. Hope you don't mind me asking.

What a fantastic looking car; I keep toying with the idea of parting with my Diesel for an Old English, my only concern is I tow a caravan, and the deisel gives that extra torque

Oh how i wish I could afford 2 :drool4::drool4::drool4::drool4::drool4::drool4:

Of course I don't mind you asking Trevor. I'm having trouble housing one extra car at the moment !!
If you really wanted Lady could you not sell one of yours to finance it?
First chance I have had today to go around the car and take some video. For the couple of members that have expressed tentative interest (including yourself Trevor) I'll try and get it online and post a link later this evening or tomorrow.
I'm going to put a couple of runners on the back, actually they will be off my Tourer, they have maybe 2k left in them but I decided to replace them before my summer tyres go back on and kill two birds, so to speak.
For a fifteen year old car it certainly still attracts attention. I've had both our local based Bobby and the Hermes delivery guy drooling over it this week. Stop drooling and buy the darn thing.
Oh how I love these cars, dammit

Lovely car, I love Old English White, I am most surprised that this car has not been sold at that price, absolute bargain for someone.
Good luck with the sale and I am sure you will miss it when its gone. Lets hope someone from here or someone who appreciates the car will buy it.

It was an Old English that started my love affair with the 75 back in 2002 and it took me ten years to buy one. I know it's a matter of taste but I think Old English is really striking on the 75. I can't part with my tourer otherwise I would seriously consider making this a project car.
