Pls HELP. Tappet noise in my rover 75 1.8 non turbo

I heard tappet noise from my rover 75 1.8. When start with first ignition, 10-20 seconds, there is little tangle, and when it starts to heat the sound is stronger until it come to temp from 100 degrees Celsius. Then the sound starts to disappear. I changed all 16 tappet with new ones and the channels that transported the oil to the tappets were clean. But there was no change. It has the same symptoms. The engine has a 10w40 semisynthetic oil with 7000 km. I plan to change it soon with a new one and a filter. Any help that could be a solution to this? Suggestion for Viscosity and brand on the oil.

check it's not the purge valve clicking ;)

it's attached to the side of the battery box - Sounds like a Slack tappet ;)

Paul.
